Isner wins 2018 BB&T Atlanta Open

For the fifth time in six years, John Isner became the 2018 BB&T Atlanta Open champion after defeating Ryan Harrison in the finals for the second straight year. Isner joined Jimmy Connors, John McEnroe, Andre Agassi and Pete Sampras as the only Americans to win an ATP Tour event at least five times. He has now collected a total of 14 ATP Tour titles including his victory at the Miami Open earlier this year. In the doubles event, Nicholas Monroe and John-Patrick Smith defeated Rajeev Ram and Ryan Harrison.
