Djokovic and Williams Winners of 2015 Miami Open
Novak Djokovic has won his fifth Miami Masters title against Andy Murray with a 7-6 (7-3), 4-6, 6-0 victory. The Serb has beaten the Scottish player so far this year at the Australian Open final and at the semi-finals in the Indian Wells Masters in March. Djokovic is currently ranked world No. 1 with Roger Federer in the No. 2 position and Andy Murray at No. 3.
Serena Williams earned her eighth Miami Open title against Carla Suarez Navarro of Spain with a 6-2, 6-0 win at the Crandon Park in Biscayne. The world No. 1 player celebrated her 700th WTA tour victory, winning the last ten consecutive games. Maria Sharapova is currently world No. 2 with Simona Halep following in the No. 3 spot.
